Was greeted at the door as I walked in with a man yelling "We ain't got no bacon!" Which was odd considering how the chain of supply works in the fast food business. They have one of the Coke soda fountains with all of the different sodas and flavors, but this one only had diet Coke and seagrams Ginger able... The machine was completely greyed out otherwise. "That's all we got!" Is what I was told when I asked about it.
I never expect a decent experience from this location, but this last visit was just too much. I will be speaking to both BK corporate and the local health inspector.
Slow and the drink machines were nearly out of everything. Food was good thoigh.
I stood there and watched the lady making my sausage egg and cheese croissant. She stopped mopping the floor long enough to grab a croissant and sausage with her bare hand and wipe the grease on the back of her pants. She then picked up a egg square off a tray, tore it in half, wiped her hand on her pants again and grabbed a slice of cheese. She tossed it in the microwave and went back to mopping.
Don't have but a fee items available, bathroom was nasty, food was cold, and horrible customer service. Needs to be closed down or hire new workers
Needless to say, our orders were room temperature and hastily thrown together.
Dining room very warm. Took quite a while to get food. They were far from being busy. Flies kept getting on my food. Food really not that great either. Guess you get the kind of help you pay for.
I stop at this location once a month, and have been doing this for close to 10 years now. Things have really improved. At one time, the food was ALWAYS cold, but that has been addressed now, it appears. Orders are always correct and staff speaks most of the time. Only complaint... the soda/drink machine is never stocked and there's never much to choose from. It's also out of ice many times.
We sat down to eat, as another couple of guests walk in the door. They proceeded to order bacon croissants, and asked for drinks I knew were not in the machine. To our surprise, none of this order even served to raise an eyebrow from the man behind the counter, other than to say "I need to get your drinks back here."
Consistently the worst BK ever.
