Rude on the phone and rude when you enter the building. Never in a good mood, and don't take injuries serious. You can be in a car incident bleeding from the head, and they leave you in the waiting room for 2+ hours. Doctors and nurses walking around laughing and talking meanwhile you're in pain! Lack of respect and concern. I would rather take the drive to Albany anyday!
The Nurse in the ER was fantastic. Holly gave us all the information we were given. The PA Bryan was a waste of time. He has yet to talk to me about my wife problem. He did not talk to me at all, knowing my wife has dementia and does not have any knowledge of what he may have said to her. You could use a couple dozen Hollys and no BRyans .

Ridiculous Hospital - X-rayed my sons leg and hand and the next day we had to go to another doctor due to the severe pain. The hospital said it was just bruised. The doctor's confirmed it was fractured. Then, they did not file the claim with insurance, it was turned over to collections and I got double charged.
Back in 2002 and 2003 when they had labor and delivery they were really good I had my first two children their. It was small and quiet it was nice because me and my children could get the care we needed when we needed it but I haven't been there but a few times since and they a pretty good but they are a little slow with service but then again what hospital isn't
